Hallam Land is seeking feedback on proposals for new homes on land off Mill Lane, Carlton.
The proposals include 65 new homes on land to the north of Mill Lane in Carlton, forming a natural extension to the previously permitted housing development.
The development will include a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, including affordable properties for local people.
There is a pressing and growing need for new homes in this area, and across North Yorkshire, with Government housing targets for the area vastly increased.
